Cardio Boxing & Yoga

Weight Lifting:
Master your form. Our weight-lifting classes focus on the technique of strength training. You’ll learn to master the most important lifts safely and build a solid foundation.

Boxing 101:
Never thrown a punch? Perfect. We teach you the stance, footwork, and basic combinations while building your stamina. You’ll leave feeling confident and capable.

Midday Knockout
45 minutes of high-intensity boxing classes. It’s the perfect "get in, get out" power session for busy professionals and students in Blacksburg and the surrounding area. No nonsense, just results.

Weekend Warrior
Kickstart your Saturday with a 1-hour full-body workout class. We mix boxing, strength and conditioning, and core work to burn off the week.

Fighter-Fit
Our signature HIIT boxing workout. It’s an intense, no-contact, full-body circuit. We use boxing as the engine, but we pull in weights and functional exercises for a total body session.

Classes for High-Intensity Burn

Gym with punching bags, stationary bikes, and a wall of shoes and equipment.
