Boxing in the Burg:
Live Amateur Boxing in Christiansburg
Saturday, April 10, 2027 · Christiansburg Rec Center
Some of the country’s top amateur boxing prospects are coming to the New River Valley. Boxing in the Burg is a full day of live, USA Boxing–sanctioned bouts at the Christiansburg Rec Center, presented by Blacksburg Boxing & Fitness. Bring your family, bring your friends, and come see what these athletes have been training for.
USA Boxing–Sanctioned Fights
Every bout at Boxing in the Burg is sanctioned by USA Boxing, the national governing body for amateur boxing.
That means certified officials, safety standards, and competitive matchups between fighters who are on their way up.
Presented by Blacksburg Boxing & Fitness
For more than 10 years, Blacksburg Boxing & Fitness has been a home for our community: a place to train, grow, and show up for each other. Boxing in the Burg brings that energy out of the gym and into the ring for the whole New River Valley to see.
Everybody is worth fighting for.
