Personal training is a great way to get fit and have a training program tailored to fit your specific health and fitness goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, get stronger, learn how to box with 1 on 1 attention, or a little bit of all 3, personal training can help empower you to do anything you put your mind to! Each 4 week package (see below) you have the option to measure both your physical measurements such as weight, body fat %, and waist in inches, coupled with testing of physical performance including your upper body, lower body, and core strength, plus your endurance too! This free evaluation will be a benchmark to track your results. At the end of every 4 weeks of personal training you will have the option to be evaluated again to track your progress! You don’t HAVE to, but it’s something we include for those who want to see the tangible results we know you are going to achieve, no matter what your goal! In order to achieve the best results possible, we recommend training at least 2-3 times a week with your personal trainer. We have the best quality trainers at the most affordable rates in town! One-On-One Personal Training!
One-On-One Single Session: $60
Introduction to Boxing: 3 sessions+hand wraps: $150
8 Total Sessions (recommended 2x/week): $40 a session for a total of $320 – You Save $160!
12 Total Sessions (recommended 3x/week): $35 a session for a total of $420 – You Save $300!
